To submit a warranty claim:
Please include your order number, name and date it was shipped to you. You must submit a picture of your tree on our website and a description of what seems to be the problem with your tree. Pictures need to include full picture of tree and picture of tree base. These pictures need to be sent to us by July 1st of year you received your trees to claim tree warranty.
Shipping guarantee
We pack our trees and ship them in quality condition. If during shipping your trees are damaged or lost, please contact us within 5 days of when your trees were scheduled to ship to submit a claim. If there is damage to your trees during shipping, you must go to our website to upload pictures of your box and trees of the shipping damage
