Commercial Tree Pricing
Tree pricing is based on the total quantity ordered, not by variety. Your tree price will vary depending on the total number of trees you order and when your order is placed. *Prices are in US Dollars.
For trees with royalties there is an additional cost, please see the royalites pricing page for more information.
Order Allocation and Shipping
Larger tree sizes will be prioritized for earlier orders. Shipping and packaging are additional costs, invoiced at our rates. We strive to ship at the most economical rates possible.
For orders shipping to Canada, there is a $0.25 per tree surcharge for virus certification as well as inspection fees.
Deposits and Payment Discounts
A 25% deposit is required within 10 days to secure both Pre-Bud and Regular orders. For Pre-Bud orders placed and fully deposited by December 31, an additional 2% discount applies. A further 2% discount is available for any order paid in full within 10 days of the invoice date or deposit request date when paying by check, cash, or ACH.

Pre-Bud Pricing (Trees to be delivered Spring 2028)
For orders placed before July 21, 2026, Pre-Bud Pricing applies to the entire order quantity at that time. Ordering early provides a significant advantage, with discounts of up to 15% off our already low tree prices! Any additional trees ordered after July 21 will be priced at the Regular Inventory rate. If you add trees after the Pre-Bud period, pricing will be based on the combined total order quantity (Pre-Bud + Regular).

Deposits & Terms of Sale
A deposit of 25% ($ 25.00 minimum) is required within 10 days of order to confirm order and hold trees. A 2% discount will be applied on deposit payment if paid within 10 days with cash, check, money order, or ACH. Nursery has the right to charge a higher deposit if nursery deems the variety requested not a favorable selling variety/rootstock combination. If the deposit is not paid by stated date, the nursery reserves the right to cancel order. If order is cancelled BEFORE NOVEMBER 1ST of the year prior to delivery, the buyer will be refunded in full. If the buyer cancels order AFTER NOVEMBER 1st of the year prior to delivery, the buyer will only be refunded if the nursery can resell the trees. Cancellations are not allowed on custom ordered (pre-bud) trees unless approved by nursery.
- Buyer agrees to pay any frieght and packing charges that are incurred and will be added to final invoice. Buyer agrees to make payment in full on or before delivery unless prior credit arrangements are made, in which event payment shall be due within 30 days of invoice. A 2% discount on tree invoices only (minus royalties, tax, freight, and packaging) may be taken if paid by check, money order, or cash (not credit card) within 10 days of invoice date.
- We accept all major credit cards.
- Custom Order Pricing (Pre-Bud Orders) shall apply only if payment terms are met.
- Overdue accounts will be charged 1 ½% interest per month (18% annually).
- We will not send any electronic payment request (wire transfer, ACH, or electronic credit card). If you receve one from us, call our office at 877-397-0874 to confirm.
- Tree size confirmed on order may be subject to substitution with corresponding change in price, depending on availability.
- Should delivery be prevented, or the stock become injured from crop failure, fire, flood, drought, frost, strike or other causes beyond the control of Wafler Farms, Inc., your order shall be void.
